All items on the Team Sikel shop are sent via Royal Mail. We will post items within 2 business days unless we contact you otherwise. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping, but if you require something quickly email or DM me on Instagram and I’ll help you out if I can.

Packaging

Team Sikel is all about reducing waste to landfill, so obviously we don’t want to create more when we ship our upcycled items to you! All Team Sikel products are shipped without single use plastic packaging. We ship in cardboard boxes or envelopes. Whenever possible we reuse paper padding to protect your purchases while they’re on their way to you. We also use paper tape, which can be included in your paper recycling.

Even though it’s recyclable, please try to reuse the packaging sent to you whenever possible. If you’re unable to yourself try Packshare, Olio, or Freecycle. (NB: Team Sikel is not affiliated with any of those sites).

Returns & Faults

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch first. It must be returned in original, unused condition. If possible use the packaging it came in to save waste. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the item(s) that you wish to return. You then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us at your own cost. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for signs of use or wear, then if appropriate refund you using the original payment method. Please consider getting proof of postage and tracking, as we’re unable to refund items we have not received.

When you make a purchase with us, we check every item before it’s posted out to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please note, all Team Sikel products are made with reclaimed materials and will feature signs of wear. This wear isn’t a fault, but speaks to the history of the materials’ prior lives and makes every item one of a kind! But if for some reason your item develops a fault, please contact us with as much information as possible (pictures are helpful) and we’ll do what we can to set things right. Depending on the circumstances this may mean repair, replacement, or a refund. We’ll cover the shipping cost of faulty items returned to us.
